Exhibition Opportunity
Companies providing goods and services related to dams and levees are invited to participate in USSD's Workshop on Levees, November 2-4, 2010, Memphis, Tennessee.
Exhibition Information
The Exhibition opens at 7:00 a.m. with a continental breakfast on Tuesday, November 2, and closes following the afternoon coffee break on Wednesday, November 3. The exhibits will be in an area also used for a reception Tuesday evening and continental breakfasts, lunches and coffee breaks, so traffic is assured.
Setup begins on Monday at 1:30 p.m. Space will be available for freestanding displays and tabletop exhibits. The Exhibition Fee includes one space (10 feet wide by 8 feet deep) with a table, two chairs and electricity. No booth dividers, backdrops or signs will be provided.
Only 20 exhibit spaces are available, as shown on the Exhibit Hall Floor Plan. Booth assignments will be made in the order that exhibit Reservation Forms and payment are received.

Exhibition Fee
The Exhibition Fee is $695, or $550 for Organizational and Sustaining Members of USSD. Membership information.
The Exhibition Fee allows one person to participate in all Workshop activities, including the presentations, continental breakfasts and lunches on Tuesday and Wednesday, and the Tuesday reception. Additional staff members from exhibiting firms are welcome to participate, but will be expected to pay the Exhibitor Staff Registration Fee of $275 per participant.

The Workshop will be held at the Hilton Memphis, 939 Ridge Lake Boulevard, Memphis, TN 38120, 901-684-6664.
A limited number of sleeping rooms has been blocked for USSD participants. The special rate is $95 single or double, plus tax. To make room reservations, call the Hilton directly at 901-684-6664 or Hilton reservations at 800-445-8667. When making reservations, ask for the special USSD Workshop rate. The room block at this rate is guaranteed only through October 13, 2010.
The Hilton provides complimentary airport shuttle service and complimentary self parking. Free internet access will be available in the sleeping rooms and in the exhibit hall.
